All services provided by THLUPI DIGITAL COPYWRITING are delivered digitally. This means the client receives completed copy electronically and does not receive physical items.
Delivery Method
Deliveries are sent to the email address provided during purchase. If the client requires delivery to another email address, they must inform us before the work is completed.
What “Delivery” Means
Delivery is considered complete when:
- The written content is sent to the client via email, and
- The content matches the agreed scope of work (or the closest agreed outcome after communication and revisions where applicable).
Client Review
We encourage clients to review delivered content promptly. If the client requests revisions, revisions should be requested in the revision window agreed during purchase (if applicable).
