FASHIONING A WORLD WITHOUT HUNGER

Watch Hunger Stop, Michael Kors’ campaign in support of the World Food Programme (WFP), is dedicated to the urgent fight against hunger. Founded in 2013, Watch Hunger Stop has helped WFP deliver more than 35 million school meals to children in need, supporting both their health and their education. It’s an achievement that speaks volumes about the caring, committed community we all share.

MICHAEL VISITS WFP’S HEADQUARTERS

Designer Michael Kors recently visited the Rome headquarters of WFP to show his support for the humanitarian organization and speak with Executive Director Cindy McCain and other WFP leaders about their work.

HOME-GROWN SCHOOL FEEDING

Last year, Michael Kors announced that Watch Hunger Stop would direct its support to WFP’s Home-Grown School Feeding program, an innovative and proven way to help support local farmers, especially women, and build more resilient communities while providing life-changing school meals to children in need. By connecting school caterers to local farmers, the program ensures that the ingredients in school meals are sourced from the local community and enrich the local economy. Sri Lanka, where WFP has worked for more than 55 years, was chosen as the first country where Watch Hunger Stop would focus its efforts. 


WEAR YOUR CARE

For 2025, Michael Kors is offering two special-edition T-shirts designed to support WFP. The two designs feature photographs, taken by Maxime Poiblanc, of fruits and vegetables grown by WFP’s Home-Grown School Feeding beneficiaries in Sri Lanka. The T-shirts are available online at michaelkors.com and in select stores globally beginning Oct. 1. All profits from the sale of the T-shirts, made from 100% organic cotton and priced at $40, go to WFP.*


*For each Watch Hunger Stop T-shirt purchased from a Michael Kors retail store or official Michael Kors website, Michael Kors will donate 100% of profits (equivalent to US $25) to WFP. Michael Kors will donate up to $1 million dollars to WFP through September 30th, 2026. All funds raised will be donated to WFP USA, a 501©(3) US charity that supports the programs of WFP.
